To make the Isotx store easier to use, we've compiled a list of our frequently asked questions and their answers below: Account Information and Login How can I change my account information? You can change your information by clicking on the Your Account button. Enter your e-mail address and password and your account info will be displayed. You can update your e-mail address, name, password, and more using this feature. How secure is my information? 100%! Isotx's store is committed to customer satisfaction and security. How do I get a copy of an invoice for my order? Click on the Your Account button and select to view your order and billing history. Here you will find your receipts and transaction history, as well as shipping status (if applicable), and further information on your orders. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it? Click the Your Account button, then click the Account Information & Order Status link. Enter your email address in the 'Forgot your Password' field and click 'Request password.' A new password will be emailed to you. Credit Card Transactions Are credit cards safe? Will my credit card information be saved? It's completely safe to use the Isotx store. In fact, it's a proven fact that it's safer to use credit cards online than in your local drugstore or diner. Furthermore, Isotx uses a secure connection to insure that your information remains confidential. Isotx will never save or record your credit card number. My order was declined, will I still be charged? You may see pending charges on your account in the event of a declination, but you will not be charged. This is because when an order is placed on our website, the transaction is sent to the bank with verification of both the billing address and the availability of funds and credit. The bank then holds the funds for that transaction, even if the order is ultimately declined. The hold will automatically drop off in two to three business days, since the transaction was not completed. Payment Options What are my payment options? We accept most major credit cards, including Vista, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept money orders at this time. Canceling Orders How do I cancel an order? Because Iron Grip: Warlord is currently not a physical product that is shipped, what you purchase is a digital key to unlock the full game. Your digital key is delivered to you via email immediately after purchase. If you purchased a key in error, or would like to cancel the activation of your key, please contact us at store@isotx.com.
