Isotx Webstore Return Policy

Within 30 days of placing your order through our online store at http://webstore.isotx.com, you may request a refund for any product that has not yet been activated using a serial number you have purchased.  Please note that we will not refund any product that has been activated unless we can confirm that the digital content is incompatible with your system and we are unable to provide a compatible version.  Status of serial number activations are determined automatically through our system.  All refunds and exchanges are ultimately at the discretion of our Customer Service representatives.  Refunds are issues in the same manner as the original order was placed.
